Volunteering Opportunities

Jackson High School, Jackson Local School District Board of Education-sanctioned Varsity sports, clubs and organizations are invited to apply for an opportunity to fundraise by serving beverages at the 2024 Nash Family Jackson Amphitheater concerts. To be considered, eligible groups must already be formally established Jackson High School-based non-profit organizations with their own Federal Tax ID Number, or operating under the umbrella of another Jackson High School-based non-profit umbrella organization using their Federal Tax ID Number. In order to apply, eligible groups must complete the non-profit registration form linked on the Nash Family Jackson Amphitheater website and on the Nash Family Jackson Amphitheater Facebook page. 

The form will be posted here as well as on the Nash Family Jackson Amphitheater's Facebook page inthe Spring of 2024.

One person from each registered group must plan to attend the IN PERSON lottery  - the date will be announced in the Spring of 2024. The meeting will be held following the Jackson Township Trustees meeting that begins at 5:00pm, but will begin no earlier than 5:30pm. The meeting will be in Jackson Township Hall at 5735 Wales Ave NW, Jackson Township. Registered groups must send their representative ready to respond YES or NO as to the volunteer date they may receive during the drawing, if drawn. Groups with no representative present at the drawing forfeit their fundraising opportunity during the 2023 drawing, if drawn.

The complete rules and procedures for the lottery drawing and for group requirements will be emailed to all registrants prior to the 2024 drawing, emailed to the email provided at registration.

Note: Due to the popularity of this opportunity, it is very likely that not all groups that register will be awarded a concert date fundraiser in 2024.
