Band Submission Form

The Jackson Township Board of Trustees is proud to support live music by providing opportunities for artists to perform as part of our Summer Concert Series, the Jackson Township Community Celebration, during special events and more. Located in North Park in Jackson Township, Stark County, Ohio, the Nash Family Jackson Amphitheater is a beautiful, premier open-air amphitheater that hosts a variety of bands, events and family-friendly programming each year.

Bands interested in performing at the Nash Family Jackson Amphitheater are invited to submit their information via the band submission form.  Submissions will be reviewed internally as we plan upcoming events and festivals.

All events at the Nash Family Jackson Amphitheater are Jackson Township Board of Trustee events and the venue may not be rented, leased, loaned or its use otherwise made available to outside entities.

Please note that submission of information using this form is not a guarantee of a performance date. This form is used solely for the convenient submission of band information for review by the Amphitheater Coordinator and others involved with programming.
